Stress can be described as a combination of unpleasant situations and unpleasant inner
personal experiences.
People may find it difficult to separate stress reactions with the actual
causes of stress.
Some causes of stress are pressure at work, difficulties in the family,

When a woman is stressed it can affect your self-esteem.
