STRESS and Strategies to Combat it!

Stress can be described as a combination of unpleasant situations and unpleasant inner
personal experiences.

People may find it difficult to separate stress reactions with the actual
causes of stress.

Some causes of stress are pressure at work, difficulties in the family,
personal relationships, a traumatic event or even a new position of responsibilities.

When a woman is stressed it can affect your self-esteem. According to recent research contingent self-esteem dependent on achievements is of importance for burnout, suggesting that the exhaustive state in burnout results from an individual’s conviction that her or his self-value is dependent on good performances.

Symptoms of Stress and Anxiousness:

  • Rapid Heart Rate
  • Sweating
  • Racing Thoughts
  • Feeling the Dread

Strategies that you can do:

  • Take a break
  • You either act (ask for help)
  • Escape the situation
  • Fight Harder
