Are You Living In A Place Of Fear?

Fear of the future, what you do not want rather than what you want? Have you ever felt anxious, scared, overwhelmed, speaking about your emotions?

Or asking someone you have not met for help? You are not alone.

It takes courage, strength, and resilience to ask for the help you need. When I was a young girl, I did a lot on my own as I grew up with a single mother who was independent, hard-working, and dedicated to making my life and my sisters life the best it could be.

However, somewhere along the way, I took on I must do everything on my own and it was somehow weak to ask for help.

Whoever said that? My mother never told me that, I just made it up as I saw her doing a lot on her own. The thought of asking for help gave me anxiety and fear!

Until one day in my 20’s I said Enough is Enough! I am tired of doing it alone!  I want help and need help if I want to be part of a community if I want to show people who I truly am, vulnerable parts and all and if I want to attract the man and family I so deserve. I need help.

So, after my mother died suddenly and left me with trauma and insight, I started to work on myself and ask for help. Yes, it took a trauma and a death in the family for me to ask for help… I do not recommend this; this is just how it happened for me.

I took personal development courses and studied counselling because I wanted to understand all the emotions I was feeling and how I could help others in similar situations. I joined a health and wellbeing company that not only helped me with my physical health but helped me with my mental and emotional wellbeing. Through this company, I connected with amazing human beings that were authentic and a few true leaders who brought me to a therapy that I had not thought of or heard of in my studies.

I was intrigued and very curious about how it worked and what it could do for me in the present, the impact it could have on my family and on my clients.

It is called Timeline Therapy.

I am a dreamer, a thinker, a lover, and a carer so when I was introduced to this concept, I truly found what was missing in my life and my vision came to life! Timeline Therapy releases negative emotions anger, sadness, fear, and guilt. Amazing! I found another concept to add to my toolbox and that I can practice with my clients and they can use what they learn in session daily! It’s a WIN-WIN ?

However, before I could practice it on others, I needed to train and practice on myself. You see when the emotion or event attached to the emotion is unlocked and discovered you can release it which will allow you to live the life you have always imagined!

It does take Work, Commitment, Courage, and Consistency to take the steps, but you will not regret it!
