CLIENT: Before we begin, please read this agreement carefully. - The Client is responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Counsellor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Counsellor.
- The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the services provided.

For one-on-one support, the Client agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the Counsellor/Support Worker at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session if they are unable to attend. The Client will be billed for a missed session if they do not attend without providing the required notice.
The Client understands that they have 3 days from the date of payment to cancel this agreement and receive a 70% refund of their investment. After this 3-day period, no refunds will be given once 48 hours have passed from the date the deposit and/or investment was paid.
The Client understands they are liable to make all repayments that add up to the total amount of the investment made for the coaching, counselling, or support services.
